Mature Botanical Gardens
Lake Como is famous for it gardens, which prosper due to the stability of the lake temperature of Italy's deepest lake. There are 300sqm of mature gardens with palm and specimen trees and flowering shrubs, perennials and annuals that belong to the property. In addition, the neighbours gardens are immediately adjoining these gardens, so the effect is a botanical paradise surrounding the property. The rock garden, on the backside of the house, includes a large BBQ/picnic terrace with stone benches and a table. The lakefront garden has two stone terraces and a stone border next to the lake from which to view the mountains, lake and villages 2.5km across the lake.
